I mean its only logical that BOTH cultures should
become aquainted(*1) and promote a better overall understanding.

*1:aquainted（知り合いになる、仲良くなる）の間違い？

Rule #1: If someone examines you.
Its probably because you have interesting looking or eye-catching gear.
Please do not be offended.
Sometimes people are very unsure of what gear one should be equipping
at their level and may reach out for ideas.
But what is RUDE is if you making demeaning comments after examining ones gear.
If a person has below par gear that does not meet your group standards
than inform the person in /Tell and most probably
the person would later seek to improve themselves.
Most would also not bother to ask before they examine your gear.
Thats because oftentimes its the most direct and quick way with little fuss.
Oftentimes people are running around everywhere
and its just alot simpler to take a gander instead of making you
run all the way back just so we can take a look with permission.

おそらくあなたは非常に目立つ、もしくは珍しい装備をしていると思うので
いちいち怒らないでほしい。（悪意はないと言いたい？）
彼ら（見るやつ）は自分のレベルに合った装備をしているのかわからないので
レベル相応の装備を教えてやってほしい。
しかし、それ（見ること）が無礼であることに変わりはない。
意見する場合は、よく考えてから発言してほしい。
そいつの装備がレベル相応ではないことを/TELLで通知してやれば
彼は装備を整えるよう努力するだろう。
彼らはあなたの装備を確かめる前に、ほとんど尋ねなかった。
（*誰にも聞かずに装備をそろえたってこと？）
他人の装備を見ることは、少し問題はあるもののレベル相応の装備を
確認するのにもっとも手っ取り早い方法なのだ。
しばしば彼らはあなたの周りを着け回して見つめるが、
それは問題のない正統な行為なのだ。
